ISSN Registration Application Submitted to National Archives of Nepal
The Sentinel Journal of Health Sciences (SJOHS) has formally submitted its application for both a Print ISSN and an Online ISSN to the National Archives of Nepal (ISSN National Centre for Nepal). The application has been accepted and is currently under review.
Upon receipt of the ISSN numbers, SJOHS will proceed to publish its inaugural volume (Volume 1, Issue 1). All manuscripts currently under review will be published in the first issue. Authors will be notified as soon as the ISSN is received.
We thank our authors, reviewers, and editorial board members for their patience and commitment during this launch phase.
Call for Papers – Inaugural Issue (Volume 1, Issue 1)
SJOHS is accepting manuscripts for publication in its inaugural issue. We welcome original research articles, case reports, short communications, medical education articles, and letters to the editor from health sciences researchers worldwide.
Focus Areas: Clinical medicine, public health, epidemiology, nursing, allied health, medical education, pharmacology, basic medical sciences, mental health, maternal & child health, and more.

Editorial Board Constituted – International Editors Onboard
We are pleased to announce that the SJOHS Editorial Board has been constituted with distinguished academics, clinicians, and researchers from Nepal and multiple international institutions.
The editorial team includes an international advisory board, international editors from leading global institutions, and a strong national editorial board. Detailed profiles of all board members will be published on the Editorial Team page.
Author Guidelines Published – Submissions Now Open
The SJOHS Author Guidelines are now publicly available on the journal website. The guidelines provide detailed instructions for manuscript preparation, formatting, ethical requirements, reference style, and the submission process.
Authors are encouraged to read the Author Guidelines carefully before preparing their manuscripts. The journal accepts submissions in six article categories: Original Research, Systematic Review/Meta-Analysis, Case Report, Short Communication, Medical Education, and Letters to the Editor.

We are delighted to announce the launch of the official website of the Sentinel Journal of Health Sciences at www.sjohs.org.
The website provides comprehensive information about the journal including aims & scope, author guidelines, editorial team, policies, and announcements. Authors can submit manuscripts via email at editor@sjohs.org.
